Two girls go missing. The police recruit Paul Chartier to join a secret unit tracking a sex offender. After the operation falters, Chartier pursues the perpetrators on his own, frustrated by legal restrictions. Features Nosferatu (1922). So we watched it in French with Dutch subtitles. I don’t understand French and my Dutch isn’t very good at these topics. I also don’t know much about pedophiles and the police system in Belgium in the 1990s. Is it a good movie? Not for me. It looked like a movie that followed some kind of police officer who was on a missing children case. He looks young and remembers well when he remembers the number plate of 21 after an incident with another police station. Although he is quite emotional and loses his temper a lot. All the characters seem pretty incompetent. I just find it hard to follow. I won’t add more so as not to spoil it for you.
