Totsuko is a high school student who can see 'colors' others’. Colors of happiness, excitement, and calm, and a color you consider your favorite. Kimi, a classmate at her school, exudes the most beautiful color. Although she doesn’t play an instrument, Totsuko forms a band with Kimi and Rui, a quiet music lover whom they meet in a used bookstore in a far corner of town. As they practice in an old temple on a remote island, music brings them together, sparking friendships and emotions. Are they discovering their true “colors”?
